Infinite Automation (IA) is a Melbourne Based Company that designs and builds Automation Systems and devices for domestic, commercial, and industrial applications.
Infinite Automation commenced in 2017 with two founders Fenil Mangukiya and Mandeep Kotadia. The idea was conceived on a cold Melbourne winters evening when one of the founding directors lost the argument with his wife about who should get out of bed to turn the light off. Later in 2020 Colin Peterson joined the company as CEO.
When IA commenced, home automation was considered a luxury and was only accessible to those few households who could afford the high costs of premium quality systems. At the time, there were several low-end DIY options that tech-savvy individuals installed for their personal use, but they lacked integration capability and value for money.
Our vision was to create a mainstream automation product that offered premium quality at an affordable price. To achieve this, we conducted extensive research across multiple countries and found that quality and affordability were at opposite ends of the spectrum. This is the point at which we decided to develop our own products and system.
Initially, we poured time and energy into smart design, looking always to produce quality without complexity and innovation without rapacious consumption of resources.
Infinite Automation’s system requires little to no additional wiring, no tablets, panels, or expensive computerised software logic – you simply use your existing smartphone and Wi-Fi.
When you consider environment and sustainability, the reduced dependence on additional copper, steel, aluminum, glass, plastic, and various other precious resources you start to appreciate the inherent wisdom in our approach.
